Well, well, well. Look who it is, sliding into your inbox on a Monday, trying to pretend like it hasn’t been two months since I last hit you up. Yep, it’s me.
I took a bit of a break from publishing this zine because, in light of the pretty historical timeline that we’re all living through, it didn’t feel right taking up space and attention on social media that ought to be given to the voices of BIPOC (Black/Indigenous/people of color) and those amplifying them, or to shared information about how to seek justice, show up, and be a better accomplice. In addition, after my fair share of grief and health issues these past two months, I just didn’t have the energy.
But at long last, I’m presenting you with issue four of my fledgling project. The theme for this issue was morning, being the first in another theme trio (morning, afternoon, night). Some submissions were emailed to me months ago, and I am excited to finally let them see the light of day (wink wink).
